Photographer

Michael would not be here if not for photography – it’s how his parents met!  His Dad was a school photographer at New York University and was shooting a school dance. On a crowded dance floor, the only person looking into the camera was his Mom.  Photography was a part of his childhood due to his Dad and he reconnected with his love of it in 2016. With the passing of his father in 2018, photography is his way to stay connected with his dad.

A friend suggested that he get a “real camera” to take photos with on his hikes rather than his iPhone 4.  Once he got the Canon, his “nature therapy” was combined his passion for photography was re-ignited.  He loves landscape photography; enjoys capturing a majestic waterfall in slow shutter speed; a glorious sunset; and even wildlife such as a bald eagle. Michael’s photography has been displayed at Kent State University Airport, Stella’s Art Gallery,  Cuyahoga Valley Art Center, Western Reserve Hospital and even a few homes!

Please feel free to browse through his gallery at Fine Art America to purchase his photography or even make one into a shower curtain.
